Hello my lovely readers!
As I was sitting down to write this post, I realised I’d taken about four photos this week. All in the course of one day. Hmm. So I decided to write a little update instead! I’m writing this at the airport in Vienna, about to board the plane home to Amsterdam and looking forward to hugging Robbert and the ratties. These past two weeks have been great; it’s always nice to see my family again. I only get to see them once or twice a year so I look forward to it every time.
I have one more trip planned: one last summer camp with scouting. This time there’ll be no children and no responsibilities, yay! We’re going camping in Germany for a week and we have loads of fun activities planned. I haven’t been on a summer camp since I was a cub scout myself, so I’m really excited to experience this. We’re going to visit Cologne, I’ve never been there before so I’m super excited to see that as well!
But first, a week at home! My parents are still away so I’ll be watching the ratties until I leave, but I have a couple of trips to Utrecht planned to film videos, water my plants and pick up some clothes. Needs to happen ;)
I’m really itching to get back into filming and writing! Every year around the end of summer I get super motivated to pick up the pace and go into full work mode. I’m going to use this week to work ahead again a bit so that there’ll be content going up while I’m in Germany, and then I’ll be back to my regular schedule afterwards. Can’t wait!
By the way, I’m really loving Instagram stories at the moment. I never really got the hang of Snapchat but this is somehow much more accessible for me and I’ve been updating my Instagram stories quite a lot. You can follow me here! :)
I hope you’re all doing great and are having a fantastic summer so far. Take care!
Have safe travels!
Veel plezier in Keulen.
Everywhere you’re going sounds like my dream trip!
