A big, warm hello to you, my lovely readers!
I’m BACK and for real this time. I got home from Scotland two days ago, and am only just starting to get my life back on track after spending a week in the wilderness of the Highlands. And what a wonderful week it’s been! Waking up every day with a view of Loch Lomond and the hills behind it is absolutely magical, and only having to worry about what you’re going to eat and where you’re going to sleep every day is strangely relaxing. I would expect it to be really stressful, but it’s actually super nice and feels very natural. I feel refreshed!
We walked from Milngavie to Inverarnan, which is approximately the first half of the West Highland Way. We set out with backpacks filled to the brim, no training, and no camping or hostel bookings, planning to set up camp wherever we found a suitable place to sleep. It was tough at some points, but the beautiful scenery made up for it all and I’m super proud of us for making it and actually enjoying it too, haha!
Expect to see more photos on my Instagram in the upcoming days :)
My regular content schedule is back, starting today! You can expect two videos and three blog posts every week, as usual. I’m really excited to sink my teeth in some content production. Of course I’ll be trying to work ahead in preparation of the move to Amsterdam in November too, which I’m crazy excited about. I apologise in advance for talking about it all the time, but you know, big life event and all. Anyways, summer vacation is well and truly over and I’m ready to start back up. Halloween will be here soon as well and I can’t wait to get creative.
I hope you’ve all had an amazing summer, guys. There will be a “Day In The Life” vlog up from me tomorrow!
Welcome back, we missed you, glad you had a refreshing break. I’ll be moving myself in a few months, so I’m looking forward to hearing all about your move. Can’t speak for anyone else, but for me, no detail will be boring. So excited for your new home and your life together with Robbert.
Welcome back! I’m looking forward to seeing the photos more pictures you took in Scotland and your regular content, too, of course. :)
