Healthy Breakfast Muffins

Anyone who’s been following me on instagram will be familiar with these: healthy oatmeal breakfast muffins! They are my favourite snack ever, healthy and delicious! I love to make a batch on monday and enjoy them all throughout the week, whenever I get hungry.

The measurements:
200 g oats
300 g apple sauce
1/2 tsp salt
stevia to taste
320 g water
22 g vegetable or coconut oil
heaping tsp vanilla extract
Toppings of choice!

Place into a pre-heated oven on 190 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
