How I Stay Fit

In today’s video I wanted to share what I do to stay in shape.

I think it’s all about the balance between fitness and diet, you need to get plenty of exercise and you need to eat good food.

I have a fast metabolism and have been blessed with a naturally slim body, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have to keep moving to be healthy. Healthy comes from the inside!

  1. I know this is an older video but i enjoyed rewatching it. I actually eat paleo, which is looking wheat, gluten, refined sugar, or dairy (for the most part I do want some yogurt), and as little preservatives as possibly. Most of this was brought on by health issues but I really enjoy eating this way. I am not a dancer but I enjoy ballet workouts, they are my favorite because I don't really care for exercise either. I like physical activities but not exercise….. If that makes sense? I really like it when you show us what you buy for groceries in your vlogs! It helps me make my grocery list!!! It's something I'm not that good at
