In last week’s vlog, I mentioned wanting to experiment with my vlogging a little bit. This week I decided to plog, so join me in this week’s adventures. In pictures!
Let’s start the day with a joyride! Maxen crawled into my sweater pocket and rode around for a bit. Isn’t he adorable?
I spent a good portion of the day at the scouting, and afterwards I went to Robbert’s house and spent the evening there.
A nice relaxed and uneventful day. I wrote a bunch of blogposts and chilled out with the ratties.
Monday morning there was a power outage at my parents’. Blacked out digital clocks look so sad, don’t you think?
Since I couldn’t charge my laptop or use internet, I spent some time cleaning my room, before going to the fysiotherapist.
Time to head home!
I got this superfood salad at AH To Go to have on the train. I was really surprised and impressed by how good it was, I’ll surely be repurchasing this one!
I worked really hard for the rest of the day, and ended it with a nice, big, homemade pumpkin spice latte.
Completely checked off to do list, awesome feeling!
Breakfast! Oatmeal with vanilla extract and cinnamon. It tastes just like cinnamon rolls!
Outfit of the day! I filmed one video in the morning, the rest of the day was dedicated to D&D. We handed over the present we had made for our friend, so I can finally show you the drawings I made for it!
They’re all inside jokes, so don’t worry if you think the subjects are a bit strange. They totally are.
I cycled home in the dark. Love Utrecht by night, it’s so beautiful!
Breakfast! An unconventional one for me, egg sandwich and a banana!
Outfit of the day. Sorry if I look a bit angry, I had some stuff to sort out. It went well and smootly, all good!
Did some ironing. I don’t do this often, but sometimes it just needs to happen.
Ate my leftover falafel for lunch, yum! Robbert came over in the evening and we watched the season finale of Penny Dreadful. Whoa! Can’t wait for the next season! And kudos to whoever writes the dialogues between Vanessa and Dorian.
We got a coupon for a breakfast with bubbles from the people we housesat for a while back, so we decided to make use of that in this cute Austrian pastry shop in the Hague.
It was gooood!
We did some sightseeing and shopping in the city afterwards. It was really nice to explore the Hague!
Afterwards I picked up my brother, who was going to come to Utrecht with me for a sleepover. We made pancakes and had a great time experimenting with some filming and editing techniques!
By the way, this is me holding my first ever REAL pumpkin spice latte! Honestly, it tastes like caramel macchiato with “pepernoten” thrown in. Now I can say with certainty that I have pumpkin spice in my pantry 🙂
Oatmeal with banana and honey for breakfast. My brother and I filmed a video together. He helps me with editing sometimes during busy and video-heavy periods, like October. He does amazing things! Now I’m sitting at my parents’ house, typing up this little plog. I do hope you enjoyed it, I will see you tomorrow in another blogpost!
