For the chai latte, in case you plan to steep the tea bag you can add some finely cut ginger too and honey before you add in the milk i.e. if you like the flavour of ginger… We make tea/chai in India that way. You could use freshly ground cardamom or fresh mint leaves too. Whichever flavour you prefer.
