Whenever I come home from a shopping trip, the first thing I want to do is make outfits with my new items. I can’t be the only one, right? :) Last week Robbert and I made our periodical trip to Primark and I got myself some autumnal basics. Mostly a pile of tights, but I also got this extra long flanel shirt which is absolutely perfect for this season. The colour combination isn’t something I’d usually wear, but it works wonderfully.
It’s been a long time coming, but I also finally got my hands on some nice brown boots that I really like. I don’t know what it is but I struggle with finding good brown shoes so much. Blame it on my love for black, haha! This pair which I found at Primark is very minimal and basic but elegant, exactly how I like it. As both of these new items go perfectly together, I paired them together in a casual autumnal outfit. I find myself gravitating towards simple, more basic outfits more and more as I get older, but I try to make sure they’re not plain or boring. To me, at least :)
