Whats the best place to find a skirt similar to your plaid one? Also I am starting to build up my vintage clothes collection and am wondering what are the best places to shop for that style of clothing?

I got this particular skirt at a vintage store, I think that would be the best place to start when looking for this type of clothing. It’s where all the hidden pearls are :)
