Orange Cream Popsicle Recipe

Summer is upon us! Well, almost :)
Anyways, it’s time for popsicles. Today I want to share my absolute favourite popsicle recipe with you, which you can make at home. And it’s healthy, too!

OCP3

Ingredients:
– 200 ml coconut milk
– 200 ml orange juice

OCP1

I used orange and peach juice for this one, it’s a little sweeter than using just orange juice. Whisk together the coconut milk and the juice, and pour into popsicle moulds. You can add little pieces of fresh fruit if you like, or use juice from another fruit. Strawberry or banana is really good as well!

OCP2

Let sit in the freezer for a couple of hours, until frozen.

Now you can enjoy your delicious homemade popsicles! In the middle of summer, when it gets really hot outside, I have these all throughout the day to cool down.

OCP5

Enjoy!

  1. I just bought some Popsicle molds after reading this. I made mine with strawberries, banana, and some milk. So healthy and so good. :3

  2. Yesterday, I just had two Popsicles and they have corn syrup in them! Ugh! Will definitely make these just have to buy better molds! Thanks for sharing Lucy!

  3. Hey Lucy! This really is such a great recipe!Could I use regular milk (cow's milk) instead of coconut milk?
