  1. I always have besides the ones in your list:

    Baking powder
    Baking soda
    Whole wheat flour
    Cocoa
    Vanilla and almond essence
    Slow cooking oats
    Almonds or walnuts
    Potatoes
    Different kinds of pasta
    Rice (long)
    Chick peas
    Corn tortillas
    Limes and lemons
    Marinated hot peppers.
    Salsa
    Mayonnaise
    Apple cider vinegar
    Thyme
    cumin
    Cloves
and of course Tea and coffee.

In what kind of dishes do you use, Ras el hanout? I never heard of it before.
Am I the only one who doesn’t like olive oil? I prefer canola oil, and some brands of grape seed oil.

    All the best!

    1. Ras el hanout is a North African spice mix, I use it mainly in stews and couscous dishes :) I’m not a big fan of olive oil myself, only have a tiny bottle of it, but some dishes just really call for that specific taste (especially Italian)

  2. I don’t even know if I have enough money to have this in stock at all times ahahaha but it looks very yummy! Nevertheless, this post gave me the idea of making me a short list of, like, 10 items that I should always have. Maybe it will make cooking and buying food easier :)
